Is your brick & mortar open to the public at this time?

Unfortunately, our doors remain temporarily closed due to COVID-19. We will share a reopening date in the near future. In the meantime, we’re still taking on new projects and our online shop is open and processing orders.

ORDERS 

Where does BLK MKT Vintage ship at this time?

We currently deliver within the United States and to APO/FPO and US Territories, via USPS, UPS (unless otherwise noted). No international shipping, with a few exceptions to select countries. Please email our team at blkmktvintage@gmail.com if interested.

What are your current order processing times?

Due to COVID-19, all orders are being processed and shipped within 7 to 10 business days. USPS and UPS are experiencing some delays and we can not account for their timeline. If you need an item by a specific date, please email us ahead of time and we'll invoice you for UPS, FedEx shipping or in rare cases, a local, contactless delivery.

I may have an issue with my shipment - either the tracking information shows no progress, it’s being returned to sender or the tracking shows a successful delivery, but I never received it. What should I do?

Once packages are picked up by a mail carrier, we have just as much information about their progress as you do. Unfortunately, most packages are slightly delayed in this moment, so please expect an additional handful of business days for a successful delivery. For specific assistance with orders, feel free to email our team with your order # (noted in the initial email confirmation) and your full name. Our team will respond to your inquiry in 2-3 business days.

RETURNS

What is the BLK MKT Vintage return policy?

At BLK MKT Vintage, we stand behind our curated collection of hand-sourced vintage ephemera and hope that you are more than satisfied with your purchases. All sales are final and returns are not accepted, except in the case of extreme misrepresentations or oversights on the part of our team. In the case of an oversight, we will coordinate a return and/or refund for you within 5 business days of your request.

I'm interested in your curatorial/creative services - interior styling/consulting, appraisals, prop rental, set design, workshop facilitation or something else. How can I inquire with your team about your services?

I have some things I think BLK MKT Vintage might be interested in. Do you purchase, trade, consign or accept donations?

We are acquiring vintage items on a regular basis in order to build/sustain a robust collection that represents ALL facets of Black histories. We don't typically trade, but we do accept donations, purchase goods outright and offer consignment opportunities. Please email us or complete our Contact Form and we'll respond to your inquiry within 2-3 business days. Be sure to include the specific items you have, as well as any info about provenance/ownership and a few photographs to start our conversation.
