Description: It’s that time of year and we’ve proudly designed the 2026 Annual Juneteenth Commemorative T-shirt with our collection of Emancipation Day-related ephemera in mind. We are always inspired by the layering and quilting of collage traditions and this Juneteenth, we’re centering vintage found photos, a poll tax receipt, antique ribbon/metal memorabilia, Galveston, Texas maps, pins, stereoview photographs and other ephemera that make up the best of our work. The best of us, our memory, our jubilation, our collective stories and lived experiences. Designed in-house by BLK MKT Vintage.

All Juneteenth t-shirt orders placed after May 26th will be delivered after Juneteenth.

About Juneteenth: Juneteenth is the oldest known celebration commemorating the abolition of slavery in the state of Texas and more broadly, the emancipation of enslaved Africans in the United States. Dating back to 1865, it was on June 19th that Union soldiers landed at Galveston, TX with news that the Civil War and that enslaved peoples were free. This was two and a half years after the Emancipation Proclamation of 1863. In America, more than 24 states recognize June 19th as a state holiday or have some official form of observance. In 2021, Juneteenth was made a US Federal Holiday after a grassroots campaign led by Texas resident and organizer Opal Lee.

We currently deliver within the United States and to APO/FPO and US Territories, via USPS, UPS and FedEx. International shipping is available to select countries. Please email our team at blkmktvintage@gmail.com if interested in shipping outside of the United States.

What are your current order processing times?

All orders are being processed and shipped within 10 to 14 business days (not calendar days) via UPS, USPS and FedEx.

What is the BLK MKT Vintage return policy?

At BLK MKT Vintage, we stand behind our curated collection of hand-sourced vintage ephemera and hope that you are more than satisfied with your purchases. All sales are final and returns are not accepted, except in the case of extreme misrepresentations or oversights on the part of our team. In the case of an oversight, we will coordinate a return and/or refund for you within 5 business days of your request. Please email our team at blkmktvintage@gmail.com to request a return.

Absolutely! If you'd like to pick up in store, feel free to email our team at blkmktvintage@gmail.com to request. If you've made your purchase already, we'll refund your shipping cost upon pick-up.
