A flyer advertising a speech given by Toledo Black Panther, Vic Grayson, at Bowling Green University on Feb. 29, 1972. A contemporary newspaper account from the March 2 issue of "BG News" recounts Grayson's talk in front of approximately 30 people on the importance of the Black Panthers' community outreach efforts, specifically its clothing and food distribution in Toledo. Grayson helped establish the Black Berets in Ann Arbor in 1969 and was one of the "Detroit 16."
